The Gymboss Plus Interval Timer and Stopwatch is a small, easy-to-use, dual interval timer. You can time one or two intervals and repeat them 1-99 times, allowing you to time both your work and rest periods. The Gymboss Plus model timer has a louder beep and increased water resistance. Targeted towards outdoor activities. Perfect for run walk run programs, interval running training, learning to run, or for users who want to easily monitor time rounds remaining during activity. The Plus model has a very loud beep, which makes it perfect for group classes or outdoor use. The beep can be made dimmer, or silenced altogether by using only the vibrate mode. HIIT & Tabata Gymboss Plus timers are made to keep your HIIT workouts efficient and effective. They can be set for two intervals (2 seconds to 99 minutes), and rounds or repeats up to 99 times. Gymboss timers are perfect for Tabata workouts – set the intervals for 20 seconds and 10 seconds for 8 repeats. Run, bike, row, squat, lunge – pick your favorite – and go as hard as you can for the 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and repeat 8 times. This is the ultimate HIIT routine.
